The Excel Add-in

Excel Quote-Invoice Maker II is made of two components. The first one is the add-on for ACT! and the second one is the Excel add-in. The Excel add-in adds a Merge Field pane to the left of your document when editing a template and a tab named Exponenciel to your ribbon.

When editing a template, two buttons are enabled: the Save As button allows you to save directly to the template folder. The ACT! Mail Merge Fields button allows you to toggle the ACT! fields pane.

When opening a merged document at the end of the merge process, two buttons are enabled: the Save As and Update ACT! history button allows you to save the document to the default document folder and pops up a window to record a history item in ACT!. The Transfer Mapped Data to ACT! button allows you to send data back to ACT! if you have mapped cells to fields (bi-directional templates).
