Advanced Lookup by Groups
Advanced Lookup by Groups was designed to help you manage Groups and Subgroups, as well as to enhance the lookup capabilities of ACT! by adding the ability to combine Groups.
Take a look at the main screen screenshot of Advanced Lookup by Groups as it is self-explanatory. Notice that the two lists are identical. On the left you click on the Groups/Sub-Groups or Lookups you want to INCLUDE in your final lookup and on the right the ones you want to EXCLUDE. You don't have to select any group in the right list if you don't want to exclude any contacts.
Also the Preset lookups command allows you to quickly:
- create a lookup of groupless contacts
- create a lookup of contacts belonging to at least a group
- reverse the current lookup.
