If you are in a sync environment, you can't share your list as you would on a network, so you'll have to copy the data folder of your master database to your satellite machine (for the location of the Data Folder, go to Options>Preferences). This is the first step.
Since a satellite database can not have the same name as the master database and since the settings file is named after the database, you also need to instruct Advanced Dropdown Lists to look for the file of the master database and not of the satellite database.
This is the second step, done through the Options>Synchronization Environment menu (of the satellite installation). Just enter the name of the database without extension, not the full path.
