If you wish to share your reports among users of a local network, go to Edit>Preferences and choose a Report Folder accessible to all workstations. Repeat the same operation on all networked computers.
If you already have created reports on a workstation, simply copy the content of the Report Folder to a centralized location and set the Report Folder location accordingly with the method described above on all workstations.
