In a multi-user environment, you probably want to share your templates and your autonumbers.
In the preferences windows (Options>Preferences), you have the option to select the folder of your choice
as a default template folder. If you select a folder on your server and point all installations of Excel Quote-Invoice Maker to that
same location, all your users will be sharing the same templates.
AutoNumbers are stored in the default templates folder as well, so if you are sharing your templates, you'll automatically
be sharing your AutoNumbers.
