The Launch Button

The Launch Button is a simple button that can be configured to open a program, document or folder.

To configure it once added to your layout, right-click it and select the proper menu item.

To change the text that appears on the button, click F4 while the button is selected in layout designer mode and look for the Text property under the Appearance group.
