You're not using the 4 types of favorites and wish to hide the menus? Simply go to the Options window and uncheck the Show Menu box.

You wish to change the text of your Favorites top menus? Click on the Organize Favorites menu item, select the top item in the tree view and type a new name in the Name text box.
