By becoming a Member of Exponenciel Reseller Partnership program, you
agree to the following:
Objective
- The objective of this partnership program is to create and facilitate
business relations between resellers and Exponenciel.
Participation and termination
- Members do not have to participate in any program offered through
the Partnership Program and may end the Partnership at any time.
- To end the Partnership, Members should send an e-mail to support@exponenciel.com,
include their Member's name and indicate their desire to end the Partnership.
- Any offer made through the Partnership may be terminated at any time
either by the Member or by Exponenciel without the possibility of any
financial compensation.
- Exponenciel reserves the right to refuse any membership application
as well as revoke any membership at its own discretion.
Registration codes
- Any registration code to register any of Exponenciel programs, given
as a gratuity to a Member by Exponenciel, is provided as a Not For Resale
copy of the program and may not be used by anyone besides the Member
himself.
Mailing list
- Members are automatically added to Exponenciel Partnership mailing
list and only to this mailing list.
- Members who wish to subscribe to any other mailing list or newsletter
should do so independently from the Partnership Program.
- To be removed from Exponenciel mailing list, Members should send an
e-mail to support@exponenciel.com,
include their Member's name and indicate their desire to end the Partnership.
- Exponenciel will not share any information provided through this Partnership
Program with any other company or individual.
- Exponenciel does not support spamming and will make reasonable use
of e-mail to communicate with the Members of the Partnership Program.
Restricted access to the reseller page and
online store
- Members are given a unique Member's name and Password to access restricted
pages, for their own use. They should not share this information with
anyone.
