You'll be transfered to our secure order page. Payment is processed by Kagi, one of the oldest and most trusted payment services companies on the Internet.

Once your credit card transaction is complete, the server will automatically send you an e-mail with a TRANSACTION CODE.

I received my transaction confirmation by e-mail, what do I do now?

Licensing is based on the ACT! username (logon). Each license is issued for a particular username and will work only for that username.

As explained at the bottom of the e-mail confirmation, all you need to do is go to the registration page, enter you name, your e-mail address and the transaction code and our registration server will ask for your ACT! username and generate the unlock code on the fly. This procedure is valid for all products except MergeMaster Pro (we will send you the unlock code manually in this case).

How long does the whole process take?

You should receive your confirmation e-mail within minutes unless there is a problem with the credit card approval. Once you receive this e-mail, and go to our registration page, our server will generate the unlock code immediately.

For MergeMaster Pro, please allow 48 hours to receive the unlock code.

I have been using the trial version. Do I need to download another file now that I bought a license?

No, you don't. The registration code will simply unlock the trial version.
