Make History!

With Make History!, you directly record completed activities (including Letter, Fax, E-mail) or notes in the History of one or more contacts.

Record history for more than one contact at a time

For ACT! users who make use of the Last Reach system field to check when they last talked to the contact, we provide a special setting allowing them to update the Last Reach system field, even when the activity is a Received Call.
